Pura Vida, Costa Rica

One of the perks of my job is that I get to travel and meet up with my team a few times per year.

Recently, our team decided to meet for four days in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica.

A few of us stayed for the weekend and relocated to Tamarindo.

Those of us that stayed until Monday decided to go hiking at Parque Nacional Volcán Tenorio on our last day.

I found the Zona Segura amusing. It’s just a clearing off to the side of the trail. What exactly makes this a secure or safe area?

I fell in love with Costa Rica on this trip and can’t wait to return. I want to explore more of the beach towns, national parks, and rainforests.
